Today, I share the 2023 Stitches West Cocktail. 🍹 (I’m the lead and entire contingent of the committee for this decision, btw.) 🍹 Enjoyed with @jazzturtle at The Shady Lady, it is called a White Linen and is served by the carafe. The implication being that it’s better with a friend. 🍹 This is - essentially - a gin and tonic with a splash of Elderflower Liqueur, and some simple syrup (if you want to- I don’t). 🍹 It’s delicious and refreshing- though, in our house, we skip the simple syrup. 🍹 The recipe: 5 ice cubes Juice from 1 lemon 2 oz Hendrick’s gin 1 oz Elderflower liqueur 2-3 oz Tonic water Simple syrup to taste Cucumber slices (for garnish and deliciousness) 🍹 Bé salamati! (Cheers, to your health) to line break
